I was told by a doctor at a walk-in clinic that I could “stand to lose a few pounds”. All I have to say is, KISS MY FAT ASS! This doctor had never met me before, performed no tests or examinations of any kind, nor asked any health related questions. He stated his personal opinion on my physical appearance instead of offering his medical opinion on the state of my health. (It should be said that I was going in for a BC perscription re-fill, something routine and..typically…hassle free.) In the words of the great ShanI CAN’T EVEN!!! In case you too were concerned about my weight, my family doctor (who actually performs tests and physicals on me) assures me I am normal on every level of health. Thank you and goodnight. <3
